AI is, indeed, transforming the world, and it is here to stay. The adventure just started, and you and I are at the heart of it. We are lucky to be living in such exciting times. Humans are being transformed by AI in various ways, impacting their daily lives and leading to ongoing changes. But there are some things we should keep in mind:

That the human brain and human mind are two different things, even though they are connected.

That intelligence includes – but is vaster than – computation.

That our mind is embodied.

That we are in the world, changing it and being changed by it (the world and the people around us).

We possess a wealth that is challenging to quantify with numbers, yet undeniably genuine.
